Revealing the Secrets to Educational Success

As I start with this first post for the K2College journey, I reflect on Simon Sinek's viral question..."Why?" In 2011 I was landing the plane on a ten year career as a corporate executive recruiter. I had been to colleges all over the country recruiting some of the brightest young minds. I had also sourced the globe for the best leaders at the executive level for some of the most successful companies in their respective industries.

In 2012, through a series of divine events, I found myself in a middle school classroom at a turnaround school teaching Business Leadership to 6th-8th graders. Fast forward 13 years later and that turnaround school went from an "D" to an "A" school. I transition into a Student Success Coach in which I have had the incredible opportunity to helped several hundred students go to college. These students have secured over $11 million in scholarships, including my own children who have all gone to college tuition free!.

K2College Blueprint was created to share the secrets I have learned over the last decade of helping parents and students navigate the mysterious pathways of success in today's educational school system.
